[Bunster da Easter Bun]

great job

Great drawings, plus I really liked your hand drawn animation. However, there were points (mainly at the end) where you could see through the characters (boy and bush, rabbit and hole/bush). Other than that great visual style. The music was ok, entertaining but ignorable. You could tell it was made specifically to go with this flash's story (the part with the shot was perfect in building tension. Last point is that I thought you were referring to Bun-Bun from Sluggy and was expecting something different (that's beside the point though so I didn't include this in the rating)

Your graphics were over the top! Great drawings, and perfect use of all types of animation: not only motion and shape tweening but a fair amount of hand drawn animation as well. I loved the fire, it went really well with this rocknroll adaptation of the song. Seriously, I had to watch this several times, just trying to figure out how you did some of your animations.

Actually this is more of a test flash (I did some formtweening, but it's soooo hard to control... I still gotta work on that!), but I am glad if you got inspired by some of the techniques used.

The drawings were cool, they looked hand-drawn is that the case? Animation was very simple but it was used enough to move the plot along. I didn't like the music. I don't know if you were going for some kind of noise mix that was supposed to sound all dramatic (that's what I got) but the first bit with that screechy sound hurt my ears. Also the ending was a little anti-climatic, you built up the drama and then the problem is fixed in an unlikely way (unless I missed some small detail) Anyways, overall I liked this because of the graphics and the way you built up the drama.

Another fail

There are some flashes out there that are short. This is not one of them. Its a rotating can with an animated background. Not funny, not interesting, not worth wasting the time to load the flash.

I came into this thinking I'd see some parody of Obama or something, and I get a rotating picture of McCain and epileptic seizures from the flashing lights and general crappiness. Take what animating talent you have and make something worthwhile instead of wasting your time with these awful flashes.

Mind-blowing

This movie is the most amazing flash I've ever seen. The lighting, the backgrounds (especially the opening sequence), and the flashback scene had me slack-jawed at their awesomeness. The speech effects were really cool (echoes, gravelly voice), and the fact that you told a dramatic story with a minimum of speech was great. I can't wait to see the rest of this!

Overall good

I liked your drawing style and the uzi clip was awesome. Didn't really agree with your drawings of black people in soul food clip. Third clip was just trippy.
